Terms of use

Draft, version 2026-11-01. To be reviewed by a lawyer before launch. A French version is required for Quebec.

Who we are

Hexa is a free kitchen design tool run by Réno Hex, 740 Av. Halpern, Dorval, QC H9P 1G7 (the "shop"). Hexa and its chat assistant are AI tools: they can be wrong.

Who can use Hexa

You must be 18 or older. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to use Hexa for you.

What Hexa gives you

• A suggested kitchen layout and an itemized quote based on the shop's current price list. These are suggestions, not an offer or a contract.
• The final measurements, products and price are confirmed by a Réno Hex designer before you order.
• The "Ask Hexa" chat answers general questions. Any price idea it gives is a rough range from similar kitchens, not a quote.

What you agree to

• Do not use Hexa to break the law, to harm others, to try to get at how the service works or at other people's information, or to send adult, hateful or violent content.
• Do not send personal information about other people.
• We may limit or stop access to keep the service safe and affordable.

Our responsibility

Hexa is provided as is, free of charge. To the extent the law allows, the shop is not responsible for decisions made only from what Hexa shows. Nothing here limits your rights as a consumer under Quebec law.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; when we do, the chat will ask you to accept the new version. Questions: 514-504-2135, renohex.ca. See also the Privacy Policy.
